Job Title: Talent Manager

Location: Remote, based in the US

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 B.O.E. + Uncapped Commissions

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Talent Manager to develop and lead a roster of talent through pitching for brand partnerships, strategizing concepts, content calendar management, and campaign coordination. This detailed-oriented position requires strong operational, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is positive, hardworking, and looking to expand their career in talent management and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a roster of influencers to help grow their platform presence while securing brand deals and providing career direction.

  • Assist in talent acquisition to sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers.

  • Foster relationships with brand and agency partners to secure partnerships for talent.

  • Pitching talent to brand partners and negotiating brand deals on behalf of talent to ensure monthly and quarterly billing goals are met. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy while growing FPT’s roster and brand network.

  • Facilitate end-to-end brand campaigns inclusive of reviewing contracts, content calendar management, providing content feedback, etc. 

  • Lead bi-weekly calls with talent to discuss campaign status, content strategy, industry insights, and pitching concepts.. 

  • Daily communication with talent inclusive of offers, industry trends, events, gifting, strategy and more.

  • Manage the brand’s and talent's expectations for each campaign.

  • Update decks, presentations, and case studies

  • Lead in training new team members 

Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field

  • 1-3 years of talent management experience 

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and the content creator industry 

  • Strong project management skills 

  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a remote,  fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload and deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors, flexible and adaptable

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style 

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Canva 

  • Knowledge of the affiliate marketing landscape and platforms - LTK, ShopMy, etc. 

  • Occasional travel may be required
